Jangeri a sweet mainly made during Diwali is relished across the country. Named as Imartu in the Northern parts of India, Jangeri made from urad flour is slightly thichker than jelabi. Later dipped and glazed in sugar syrup, our jangeris are a delicacy you will remember for long!
